Return to Olsten (OLS) in turnaround?

I am not familiar with the staffing business and have access to only a limited amount of fundamentals. Revenues of this company go up and earnings down. So did the price, 5 year high $33 52w low last October $4.50 now at $6.
It could form a bottom right now.
