WEBSITE SALE AND INTERNET CASINO ACCESS LICENSE AGREEMENT, a unique theme based Internet Casino
with Global Interactive, a licensee of (SNMM) Starnet Communications Inc.
Winchester Mining is pleased with this new venture as this will give the company and the shareholders a tremendous future in
the Internet business.
The company will release the news when the final agreement has been reached, and management believes this will be
accomplished within one week.
