Princeton Media Group (PMGIF), through its subsidiaries, publishes adult, lifestyle, sports and entertainment magazines. Probably the best known is OUI magazine.
In recent years magazine sales have dropped off, and not made a profit. Consequently, PMGIF got rid of those unprofitable subsidiaries by voluntarily turning them over to creditors WITHOUT filing bankruptcy. This explains the current low stock price.
PMGIF has been looking for an Internet acquisition and now they have exclusive U.S. rights for the SPICE Channel's Internet site.
With this key acquisition and adult entertainment's huge Internet revenues, PMGIF's stock price should be heading back up towards its 52 week high. This could be big. |
