February 8th 1999 Orinoco Gold Inc. announced an agreement with E-Stores Direct Corporation, an Internet E-Commerce company.
Orinoco has been granted the right and option to acquire 100% of E-Stores Direct (CanadaDirect.com) and to enter into long-term
employment / development and marketing contracts with its principals.

E-Stores Direct has been working on the development of a number of online E-Commerce projects, with their flagship site being canadadirect.com
