Mr. Ted Power reports
CompuSoft Canada Inc. the developer of the TraceAbility document management
system, specifically designed for the storage and quick retrieval of metals industry
quality assurance documentation, launches TraceAbility V3.6.
Previous versions of TraceAbility have been named the recommended standard
for metals industry document management by ISO 9000 consulting firms in
Canada and the United States. Now, with expanded features allowing users to
pull documentation over the Internet and 24 hour a day access to documentation,
TraceAbility V3.6 is a substantial upgrade for users and places TraceAbility far
ahead of any other system. The company estimates the current market for
TraceAbility V3.6 is in excess of $250,000,000 (U.S.).
After extensive testing of the newest TraceAbility version by industry leaders such
as Westlund Supply, Maloney Industries and Edmonton Tube Sales together with
purchases of the software by companies such as R. J. Gallagher (of Houston), the
Canadian division of Crane Supply (for offices across Canada), Pennsylvania
Steel and Triad Metals (both of Pennsylvania) and Consolidated Systems (of
South Carolina), company executive feels confident that CompuSoft has proven it
has produced exactly the product that the industry has been looking for. Previous
versions of TraceAbility are currently used by companies from Halifax to
Vancouver in Canada and from Oregon to Pennsylvania in the USA.
Ninety per cent of the value of a piece of metal is the documentation that proves
what it is made of. To think that some of the largest metal distributors and
fabricators in North America rely on TraceAbility to control its complete quality
assurance documentation is a real feather in the cap of CompuSoft.
With no competition for TraceAbility and aggressive distributors and customers
across the continent the company is poised to dominate the market.
TraceAbility V3.6 is now available to new and current customers. A self-running
demonstration of TraceAbility V3.6 and letters of reference from satisfied
customers are available on CompuSoft Canada's website at
www.compusoftware.com.

Mr. Ted Power reports
CompuSoft Canada Inc. has just released a new e-commerce offering that
enables users to access and retrieve quality assurance documents over the
Internet, TraceAbility Online.
Accelerating demand for the current version of TraceAbility pushed sales for the
quarter ending Dec. 31, 1998 to in excess of 300 per cent over the prior quarter.
Contracts and deposits received for installations confirm management beliefs that
sales of the intranet/Internet framework will eclipse all previous records.
Ninety per cent of the value of steel is the documentation that proves what it is
made of. Quality assurance documentation has become mission critical in every
segment of the metals industry. TraceAbility is the industry leader and product of
choice for many of the largest metal distributors and fabricators in North America.
With market leading modules of TraceAbility already released and operating in
companies across the continent plus the company's rapidly evolving e-commerce
strategy for document exchange, the company is poised to dominate the market.
The market for TraceAbility, in North America alone, is estimated to be in excess
of $1-billion.

Mr. Ted Power reports
Surging United States demand for TraceAbility Online, an Internet-based
document search product, has necessitated the hiring of more sales and
development personnel. Before year-end, existing staffing levels are expected to
grow by more than 100 per cent to meet this demand.
Using the Internet, TraceAbility Online allows companies with multiple locations
plus their most valued customers to securely search and retrieve critical documents
without the expense and administration required to operate a private wide area
network.
CompuSoft management estimates that the market for TraceAbility in the U.S. is
in excess of $700-million (U.S.). Even more importantly, with minor modifications,
TraceAbility Online has the ability to securely manage any large database through
the facilities of the Internet.
Recent sales of TraceAbility to major U.S. steel and industrial fastener companies
from coast to coast prove conclusively that TraceAbility is meeting the corporate
objective of becoming accepted as the industry standard for quality assurance
compliance document management.
