I have an online account with Schwab Canada. It has been screwed up since it was opened four days ago. I can buy stocks online but cannot cancel or change orders online. They tell me that it is only MY ACCOUNT that is affected this way and have no idea when they can get around to fixing it. It has cost me some cash and I would really be interested to know if I am the ONLY ONE affected in this way. It seems very odd. Can anyone please help me shed some light on this perplexing situation? Four days is too long without a fix! |
