The Jaco Electronics Technology Group maintains a complete staff of Field Applications Engineers located throughout the continental United States. The primary responsibility of these FAEs is to support Jaco's customers with their circuit designs and technical support needs. Every Jaco FAE is factory trained, qualified and certified by the manufacturers technical staff on their product lines. All Jaco FAEs are degreed Electronics Engineers with an average of more than five (5) years of design experience. They produce application notes and technical papers as well as give high level technical presentations and in-plant demonstrations of leading edge state of the art products. A number of them have advanced degrees and also have taught engineering subjects in US colleges and universities.
JACO Electronics and its Nexus' manufacturing facility has earned ISO 9002 certification. The ISO is a Geneva-based organization dedicated to the development of worldwide standards for quality management guidelines and quality assurance. Nexus' receipt of ISO 9002 certification demonstrates that Nexas' manufacturing operations meet established world standards.
