Ok let's start a thread for this unknown small cap Oroamerica. OROA sells gold and other jewelry. They have begun to consolidate the highly fragmented jewelry retail business. Looks cheap, with a 19% ROE selling for $8 and pe of 10. No debt, has $30 million in cash.
Has tryed several times to acquire Michael Anthony Jewelers. Company has manufacturing in US, Dominican Rep. and Peru. Float is small only 3 mill. insiders control over 30%. Good institutional ownership also.

Anyone else think this is an undiscovered jewel?
