Well, I am not a super tech weenie on this topic, but have invested directly in East Africa for 6 years, and this is a subject of on-going interest for me as it touches on longer term preservation and transport. I have attempted to correspond with organization set up for the purpose, but they are apparently hush-hush. A nuclear engineer that I have been talking with says that application of pico waves to meat products would allow them to be stored for many months in a simple cabinet.
Anyone else interested in this? |
