The Henley Group Announces Name Change
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 26, 1999--The Henley Group, Inc. (OTC BB:HNLY - news) announced today that it has changed its name to CIS.com Inc. (Creative Internet Solutions). Its new trading symbol, which will take effect Thursday, May 27, 1999, will be CISI and its new Cusip No. 17276B 10 6.
Harold Stock, President of CIS.com Inc. said that the name change reflects the present business of the Company. These businesses include systems integration, e-commerce, Internet marketing, and online shopping malls. Its subsidiary Imagineering.com is constructing an online medical graphic resource library dedicated to the life sciences, with a customer oriented service environment to ensure rapid deployment of current products and information.
