Return to ZULU, ESVS, Phase2Media and Omni-Net

Zulu-tek (OTC:BB), ESVS (OTC), Phase2Media, Omni-Net, Brands4Less

ZULU attempted to become an internet advertising and ecommerce company however switched focus when this failed. ZULU experienced several name and management changes and has not been communicative with shareholders. It is an OTC:BB non-reporting company.

It's theorized by veteran Zulu watchers the company owns small minority stakes in BrandsForLess and Phase2Media, a spin-off of Omni-net. ZULU might own some proprietary media technology which it bought from now defunct echoMEDIA--if this technology hasn't been sold or its rights transferred into another entity.

Given the obvious confusion and tangled financial arrangements ZULU has with Enhanced Services Corporation (ESVS), it's not certain who owns what or whether any technology really exists. Its executive board and leadership has been a textbook lesson on how to play musical chairs.

Particularly noteworthy is the fact Zulu did a reverse 10 for one stock split, only to fall well below the dollar-mark. It's currently trading at 25 cents as of this writing.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This discussion thread exists due to former and current investors and SI participants who wish to remain in communication and who hold an interest in what ultimately becomes the fate of ZULU and ESVS. This new thread supplants the old one which has a completely inaccuarate header, but one which was constructed based on public statements and positions of ZULU/ESVS. The old header, "ZuluGroup.com (ZULU/ESVS)-Ecommerce & Internet Advertising" continues to exist for purposes of historical research.

VERY IMPORTANT: Remember to research this stock very, very carefully before investing. Good luck!
