Immudyne Shareholders Elect New Board Of Directors With Impressive Qualifications
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 25, 1996--Five new outside directors
join the Board of Directors of ImmuDyne, Inc.

Linda Marshall is president of Elysee Cosmetics and a member of the
Board of Directors of the Cosmetics, Toiletries and Fragrances
Association (CTFA), where she serves on numerous committees. She was
honored as the Entrepreneur of the Year in 1987. =
Robert Nakamura, MD, is employed by the Scripps Clinic and Research
Foundation in the Department of Pathology as Chairman Emeritus and
Senior consultant. Nakamura is a renowned expert and author in the
fields of pathology and immunology.
William Randall is CEO and owner of Randall International, which
manufactures and supplies customized spa products to luxury resorts and
spas. He was formerly president and CEO of Sea & Ski Corp.
Fronie Shelton is former vice president of Shelton Ranch, which had
broad agricultural and livestock interests in Florida, Montana and
Texas. Shelton also served on the Board of Directors of Stephens
University in Columbia, Mo., and is currently active in several
businesses.
William Sherill, Executive Professor at the University of Houston's
Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, has served as Governor of the
Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C., as a Director of Gulf and
Western, as President and CEO of Homestead Bank Houston, and as Chairman
of the Board and CEO of Dasa Corporation.
