PR-C-3D DIGITAL, INC. MOVES TRADING TO THE AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE

SALT LAKE CITY, Jun 8, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- C-3D Digital,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CQMT) has announced that it's shares have
been accepted for trading by the American Stock Exchange. Trading has
been de-listed from the OTC market and will commence trading at the
American StockExchange June the 9th at 10:00 a.m. Eastern under the new symbol DDD.
