They sell or develop the real estate development land. They take royalties on the oil land and/or participate on the project.
A major percentage of the land has not even been explored yet,
but the parts that have are very succussful in terms of production. This company is a safe call on long term oil/gas prices going up
and supply down. Has great leverage.
