I-Commerce Group, Inc. is a sales and marketing organization that specializes in the development and operation of internet properties and the evaluation of businesses for divestiture or acquisition. Among the sites and developments, the Company has been recognized as the first to operate a commercial Web site devoted exclusively to the sale of premium cigars, pipes and accessories (http://www.sjitobacco.com). This site has generated millions of dollars in sales since it began operating. More recently, the Company sold an Internet subsidiary, Maverick Communications, which operated an Internet Search Engine, the Internet Sleuth (http://www.isleuth.com).

The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Internet Laboratories, recently launched a new online shopping service, the "24/7 Mall", located at 247mall.com, which brings to consumers a wide variety of products and services from leading manufacturers, retailers and companies worldwide. The companies newest Internet Property, Music In Stock (http://www.MusicInStock.com) is a full service online music retailer which is operated through an agreement with Alliance Entertainment, is considered by most to be the largest distributor of Music in North America. The Company is also currently developing a reverse auction site with the national Internet magazine WEBBOUND (http://www.webbound.com). The site, CutThePrice.Com (http://www.CutThePrice.com) is scheduled to open during the third quarter of 1999.
