The purpose of this thread is to discuss the new OTC Eligibility Rule. What does it really mean? What are the requirements? What do companies need to do to be compliant? What happens if they don't comply in time? Etc.

There seems to be a lot of misinformation being spread around on Silicon Investor and on Raging Bull. I hope this can be a forum that will allow sharing of information, links, and opinions (good and bad) that will help investors make informed investment decisions about their OTC stocks that are not fully reporting yet.
