New Trading Symbol Announced:

Further to the announcement made on June 4 and June 23, 1999, the Company has successfully completed the transition to the new name: e-Vegas.com Inc.(TM). In addition to the name change, the website has now changed to e-vegasgaming.com.

As part of the name change, a new trading symbol for the common shares will take place effective Tuesday July 20, 1999. The new trading symbol will be OTC BB: EVCM. The Company's CUSIP# will change to 26927R105.

The transition to the new company name will require shareholders to exchange their existing shares of e-Casino Gaming Corporation for shares in e-Vegas.com, Inc.
