I have been following this stock for a while, and was puzzled at the relative quietness of its holders. The company was spinned off from Cadence Design System in '95, trading between $13 to $25 for a year. From 1996, the stock had been going down hill, with brief recovery in between, to about $5 in October '98. Since then, the stock has been revovering, along with the rest of the semi-equipts, to the current 12-month high of about $14.

Looking at the recent quarters and ratio, the financial numbers are very solid, with revenues and earnings trending up:

Based on these factors, I think that this stock has a way to go. What do you think?
