Anyone else missing their channels and can't do anything about it??
USSB/DirectTv has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of ANY company I have ever dealt with --- don't believe me?? - call 800-DirectTv -- the recording thanks you for your business, then politely hangs up on you.
So, you go for days without HBO/Showtime while you wait for them to pull their heads out of their asses.
Can't even go to DirectTv.com --no e-mail/help link - UNBELIEVEABLE!!!
If you can buy any other service, please do so, SAVE YOURSELF.
