What will it look like?
Is the current force structure out-dated, a left-over from postWW2, postColdWar and pork-barrelling job creation schemes and corporate welfare?
Is Airpower the answer? What about the F22.
Can other countries afford the US military forces, at a price tab of a $ billion per week in Operation Alllied Force.
Low unemployment makes it difficult to recruit.
What kind of lead is needed if its inevitable that critical technologies are copied in foreign armies?
