I haven't followed the stock prices of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software companies, but I know ERP companies (SAP, BAAN, etc.) have tanked.

I also now that CRM is wildly talked about in trade mags. It's suppose to be the next, or is currently the next ERP market. Does Siebel meaning anything to anyone? Pivotal is similar to Siebel.

Anyone know any more than this?
