Interfoods Changes Corporate Name to Sitestar Corp.; Company Announces Change in Stock Symbol to SYTE
ENCINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 1999--Interfoods Consolidated Inc. (OTC BB:IFCO) today announced that it has changed its corporate name to Sitestar Corp.
The new name will properly reflect the change in its corporate focus and mission as a result of its most recent acquisition of Sitestar Corp.; an Annapolis, Md.-based Internet services company. The company also announced the change in its stock symbol to SYTE. The company will remain trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol SYTE.
