This thread is for companies that have just filed their FORM 10, and therefore have a new lease on life.

This thread is NOT for companies that are "going to file", are "about to file", are going to file any day", or have announced that they will be filing to meet the deadline.

We have all heard this nonsense before.

THis is solely for companies that have announced their filing and their FORM 10's can be accessed on Edgar.

The first company to start this thread off is my pet favorite fuel cell and industrial hydrogen safety company, you guessed it,

DCH Technology, Inc. or DCHT.
