JUNI ran about 600% in a few days in spite of being investigated by the SEC sec.gov
JUNIPER GROUP INC Form: 10QSB Filing Date: 8/13/99 for a good Laugh
  freeedgar.com
Company is basically insolvent with no lines of credit and using stock to pay vendors and employees sec.gov
Principal Shareholder is a PO Box in Panama registered to the "Harris Organization" sec.gov
Harris Organization is an alleged international money laundering outfit falc.com
JUNI has stocked purchased by mystery offshore companies sec.gov
Same exact mystery offshore companies also bought stock in directshoes and ATR sec.gov sec.gov.
Consultant to JUNI Jeffrey Mann is part of the Harris Organization: sec.gov Sorry I don't have any link to cite for his involvement in the Harris Org., if you research you'll find he was recently arrested for fraud.
There's plenty more but I'm sure you get the picture
This is one of the most intricate webs linked to bigtime players I've seen in a while. Regardless of what the SEC does with JUNI which should be obvious, it appears that the IRS/FBI/Department of Justice have more than enough info on this Marc Harris scoundrel to extradite his offshore crap back ot the states so as to allow him to share a cell next to fellow Panamanian Manny Noriega.
You may want to take a look at JUNI's current tout who is under the microscope of the SEC: sec.gov globusgroup.com globusgroup.com It reads like a menu of every imaginable scam known to mankind.
Also of note is that these JUNI jokers utilized OTC Communications as the tout of choice a few days ago. You might remember them as the pushers of SEXI and OVIS, both which I'm sure you know were subsequently delisted.
Also as I mentioned before the Jeffrey Mann connection to the Harris organization is right there for everyone to see. Businessweek would like to do a followup to their expose of Marc Harris.
This report was sent to Johnathan Reed Stark today.
A possible 10 day halt could result from this info
