Return to Chat Room Feeding Frenzie's--What's a trader to do?

I was wondering if their might be any interest in meaningful discussion about internet chat room "pile-in" calls like say for instance IMAA.

I continue to read many traders opinions who believe that this type of trading should be illegal. It isn't fair and it hurts small investors.

On the other hand, I really see little difference between this and a hostile takeover or someone trying to corner the silver market.

Some specific topics of discussion/question I thought might be of interest are:

Is this type of trading a symptom of topping markets?

Does this really hurt the small guy?

Does this do damage to a company's reputation in the equity markets?

Do these calls alter a free market?

Chat room Gurus.

Do market makers in these stocks quit their job the day after "the experience"?

The only rules I would like to set down is to keep the emotional levels low, and opinions of whose chat room is the best to a minimum.

All intellectual levels welcome, but read the fine print.

Oh yeah, and no stock pickin spammers, and doom and gloom Y2K crash dummies(without a cogent opinion that is!).
