Interactive Intelligence Ponders 2.67M-Share IPO At $11-$13 Each Newstraders - July 26, 1999 09:58 NewsTraders.com)-- Interactive Intelligence Inc. revealed that it will offer 2.67 million shares at between $11 and $13 a share in its pending initial public offering, according to an amended S-1 document released by the SEC on Friday after market close. In its previous filing on July 14, the company said that it would sell $46 million in stock, but did not provide an expected price range or number of shares being offered. Indianapolis, Ind.-based Interactive provides software that allows businesses to automate virtually every aspect of their communications.
The IPO will grant the public an opportunity to buy a nearly 20% stake in the company and will put Interactive's potential market capitalization at $160.4 million, based on the number of shares to be outstanding after the offering and the $12 mid-point. Interactive will use the estimated $29.1 million in proceeds from the offering to repay debt and for other general corporate purposes.
For the six months ended June 30, the company posted a net loss of $4.2 million on $5.5 million in revenue.
