(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1999-- Mach One Corp.
(OTC BB: MACH) announced today the appointment of Gregory J. Kaiser to
the position of President & CEO. Mr. Kaiser most recently served as
Sr. Vice President of First Options of Chicago, a leading provider of
financial management services to professional traders and money
managers on all major U.S. Securities and Commodities Exchanges.
"Greg's backround in corporate management and finance will add
tremendously to the core business of Mach One Corp.," stated William
Thomas, former president. "Greg brings experience and maturity to this
undervalued marketing company with a potential growth that is
unlimited."
Mach One is currently in the process of filing a 12G as a fully
reporting public company. Greg will be working with corporate counsel
and accountants to complete this project in a timely manner.
William Thomas will remain with the company as "special
project manager." He will primarily be assisting the sales department
in product sales and new product development.
