Jacarda is offering 4.5 million shares this week through Lehman Brothers. They help companies access their legacy systems via a web browser. They have 900 customers including Boeing, Bank of America, Catepillar, CA, CD, Saab, Telcordia, Gulfstream, JBA, Manpower, and Telecom Italia. Goldman Sachs and Hambrecht Quist were investors. Unfortunately they are an Israeli company and did not file an S1. Does anyone know their share number, quarterly revenue statements, or even their symbol, or other info on the company?
