TMS is IPOing this week. Goldman Sachs is the lead underwriter. They are offering 21 million ADS with the number of shares outstanding unknown. They make consumer electronics in France, have 46,000 employees, and are being spunoff from a French Government holding company. Hoovers has no info on them, and they did not file an S-1. Theflyonthewall.com says the deal is white hot, take crumbs! Anyone know more info, especially about revenue, and why the fly says they are so hot?
