What is the difference between RTNA and RTNB?
A:
The two major distinctions between the two stocks are that:

1.In aggregate, RTNA holders have an 80.1% vote for the election of the Board of Directors, whereas RTNB holders have the remaining 19.9% vote. On all other matters, the two classes of stock vote the same, i.e. one share equals one vote.

2.RTNB is the only class of stock listed in the S&P 500 Index, as S&P?s policy is to include only one class of any company?s stock. The relative weighting within the index, however, is based on the total market cap of both RTNA and RTNB.

Both classes of stock earn the same dividend, currently $0.80 per year.
