Someone else must follow the specialty chemical stocks. With Nalco getting bought out this leaves Hercules as a major player (until it gets bought out). At $24 this stock is due to rebound and could easily move 50% over the next quarter. Unfortunately the old tools of valuation must be employed here, there is no .com in the name (yet).
