Mr. James Brady reports

Following an extended period of research and technical reviews of base metal prospects in the Republic of Ireland, Crowflight Minerals Inc. has decided to incorporate a wholly owned Irish subsidiary, Crowflight Minerals Ireland Limited.

The company is in advanced negotiations with several parties in Ireland with a view to initiating exploration joint ventures on strategically located zinc-lead base metal prospects. Acquisitions or joint venture will be subject to approval of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and regulatory bodies having jurisdiction. The company will also retain Ron Holman, PhD, as its resident director and manager. Dr.Holman, who has worked in Ireland since 1965, is an acknowledged expert in exploration geochemistry and has been responsible for several base metal and gold discoveries in Ireland. He has worked with the Geological Survey of Canada and has managed joint venture exploration programs with international mining companies which have resulted in discoveries.

The company also intends to acquire exploration licences on its own in base metal prospective trends in the Republic of Ireland.

The company advises that mineral rights acquisition continues on the Eastern U.S. base metal project.

Keep your eye on this one. If they can get financing on the Base Metal projects down under they will fly.
