I've used their 1+ services myself and I'm quite satisfied.
They were also one of the firsts to introduce callback calling. I currently recommend either their iPhoneBill or
Unitel or Planet Earth/MCI service - it's cheaper than AT&T
and has no monthly surcharge (except taxes)
Other services that they offer are calling cards, pre-paid
cellular (great for students and other who don't want to
pay a monthly fee), dial around services, voice over IP,
internet service and fax service.
