Our mission is to help clients grow profitable customer relationships using e-mail, a powerful, personal communication medium. Improper use of e-mail undermines these relationships and our mission.
We prohibit "spamming" by requiring that clients comply with a strict Spam policy based on our considerable experience with others' subscriber lists and past experience with our own. To comply, clients must demonstrate that the e-mail, its objective and its sender fit the expectation established when the subscriber provided his or her e-mail address.
