PXSC announced today that is has officially changed the name of the corporation to I-Transaction.net. (Inc.) to better reflect the nature of the business. The cusip number has been changed accordingly to 45069U 10 6. The new ticker symbol is OTC/BB: ITNI.
ITNI designs and develops business-to-business and consumer-to-business e-commerce solutions, and also acts as the back-end transaction processor for these systems. The Company also offers EDI, electronic funds transfer, and advertising and marketing database support and expects to offer an extended e-commerce product line that will include an online grocery shopping service and an online healthcare facility.
