MeVC Draper Fisher Jurvetson Fund I, Inc. is an exchange-listed closed-end investment company that has elected to be regulated as a business development company under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Fund's initial public offering was of 16,500,000 million shares of common stock at $20.00 per share, raising $330 million in gross proceeds before the underwriters' 5% fees. MeVC Draper Fisher Jurvetson Fund I (MVC) was formed through a collaborative effort between meVC.com, Inc. and Draper Fisher Jurvetson, a venture capital investment firm. MVC makes venture capital investments in information technology companies, primarily in the Internet, e-commerce, telecommunications, networking, software and information services industries. Draper Advisors identifies, structures and negotiates investments for the Fund, as well as monitors and assists portfolio companies.

Investment Objective
The meVC Draper Fisher Jurvetson Fund I is a closed-end investment company whose investment objective is long-term capital appreciation from venture capital investments in information technology companies.

Investment Strategies
Focus on Mezzanine and Expansion Round Venture Capital Investments:
The Fund will invest in various stages of venture capital financing with an emphasis on mezzanine and expansion round financing. We believe that mezzanine and expansion round investments will allow us to make larger investments with lower risk and an earlier opportunity for realization of gains than seed round financing.

Utilize National Venture Capital Presence of Draper Fisher Jurvetson
The Fund intends to utilize the investment expertise, contacts, networks and access to deal flow of Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ), a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm with a nationwide network of seven affiliated venture capital firms. Draper Advisers, the Fund's investment sub-adviser, which is comprised of individuals from the DFJ network, will identify and refer investments to the Fund.
