and aerospace engines and components to aerospace contractors, aviation companies and
government agencies. For the nine months ended 9/30/99, sales rose 2% to $603M. Net income fell
5% to $35.8M. Revenues reflect increased sales of Aerospace Engines and Components. Earnings
were offset by product recall costs and slow economic recovery in Asian market.
