This main purpose of this thread is to share IPO alerts, announcements, and other info related to IPOs that potentially will be offered by E*Trade/E*Offering after January 1, 2000. The thread (E*TRADE IPO ALERT THREAD)started by Tom has been extremely useful, profitable and timely for many of us during the last year of the Y1K. A special thank you goes to Tom for his recognizing the need for that threar a the time. The large number of posts attest to its success. The reason for a new thread with a similar theme is to provide a fresh start for posts to the thread.
I only ask that posters:
1. Keep in mind the purpose for the thread when posting.
2. Respect the diversity of perspectives or viewpoints that may be presented.
