Recently I had read Doug CaseyÝs report on Dragon Pharmaceuticals. DRUG is a pharmaceutical and biotechnological company that will manufacture and market biotech drugs in China. Dragon recently completed acquisition of 75% of equity interests in Huaxin Biotech Co. Ltd. in Nanjing City, China. Huaxin holds both a license and production permit for the manufacture of erythropeoietin (õEPOù), described in the Wall Street Journal as õ the most successful biotechnology drug ever inventedù (December 1998). Doug Casey did mention in his report that DRUG will see $ 10 by the summer. But guess what, it climbed up to $10.13 today. It is only the beginning of the year 2000, what a good move.
