I've been researching ROVC and the following is what I have gathered so far. This company looks like it has great potential.
Rovac Corp. (OTCBB: ROVC) 1030 Stafford St. Rochdale, MA 01542 (508) 892-1121
SEC FILINGS
Until recently the Company had not filed with the SEC since 1996. However, within the past week the Company filed one 10K and three 10Qs. In a telephone conversation with the Company I was informed that it is bringing all its filings current. The fact that the Company is expending the money to bring three years of filings current is a good indication that something must be happening. This appears to be the case. Here are the links to the most recent filings:

ABOUT THE COMPANY
ROVC is a developer of proprietary connecting devices and patent holder for CinchLock and CinchFree. CinchLock is a pipe connector that works without cement, solder or other residue. It is used in numerous piping systems including water supply, water disposal, irrigation, fire sprinklers, hot water radiant systems, natural gas, beverages, chemical mixtures, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and oils. It is especially appropriate in applications that require clean non-toxic pipe connections. One simply pushes the pipe together and it locks.
USE OF CINCHLOCK RESULTS IN A 93% REDUCTION IN INSTALLATION TIME COMPARED TO TRADITIONAL PIPE CONNECTIONS.
ROVC's CinchFree product is an un-locking tool that allows a separation of the pipe connection without waste products or residue.
ROVC has 28 patents. Here are the links to the Company's patents on these two products:

The possibilities for CinchLock and CinchFree are endless. This is not a pipe dream (no pun intended). The Company has a deal with NIBCO, a Fortune 500 company. Below is some information on NIBCO.
NIBCO
NIBCO, in business since 1904, is a privately owned Fortune 500 company. It is a leading international provider of valves, fittings and other piping products for the construction, industrial, irrigation, fire sprinkler and environmental products markets. It has manufacturing plants in the U.S., Poland, and Mexico. This company is too MASSIVE to do justice to in this short post. You should check out the Company and its products at its Website:

At this point the specific details of the relationship between ROVC and NIBCO are unknown. At a minimum it appears that NICBO is testing ROVC's CinchLock and is getting prepared to distribute the product to its customers throughout the world. This would be HUGE.
However, perhaps the deal could be even more? This is just speculation, but could the rash of current filings by ROVC suggest a reverse merger of NIBCO into the fully reporting ROVC? I am not expecting a reverse merger, simply a distribution agreement between NIBCO and ROVC should make ROVC's stock price increase dramatically.
Anything else that anybody finds will be greatly appreciated. As with all stocks, please do your own research before buying ROVC. I am not affiliated with ROVC or NIBCO nor am I being compensated by either company. |
