CCAA is currently trading in the "pinks". Called Mr. Johnson with CCAA today and was told the C211 is being filed and he fully expects to be re-listed within a week or so to full reporting status. Have been in and tracking this one for many, many, months and has been trading in a positive manner. Was a fully reporting company, acquired The CALA Corp. this past Fall, changed it's symbol, and fell behind on the filings. Noticed last week, the filings are now being caught-up(Free Edgar) and the information is being updated on YAHOO. Here's some info. that has been released about the Undersea Resort Hotel, the Country Club acquisition offer, and Cala Hotel acquisition; all while on the "pinks" and unknown. There also was a WSJ article about the Undersea Resort Hotel in one of last week's issues. CCAA is in new offices and the new telephone # is (405) 235-4960. The total outstanding shares is about 16,000,000 and the float is about 2,500,000. Feel that it may be strongly held after talking with Mr. Johnson.
