While every company offering telephony/wireless/internet in and around China have run up in recent months City Telecom remains essentially undiscovered after quietly offering shares to trade on NASD in November. CTEL has 290k subscribers according to its site.

  Why hasn't CTEL rocketed with the other companies offering telephony/wireless/internet in Asia/China? Likely because no one knows about it- none of the above press releases were ever released in the US (they were released in Hong Kong only and appear on CTEL's press site)
