family of Windows NT-based products lets
customers move, store, manage, and access
data online across a corporate network, the
Internet, and networked storage devices.
Software licenses account for 70% of OTG's
sales. The company also provides support
services such as software design, product
installation, and training. OTG sells through
manufacturers such as Hewlett-Packard and
StorageTek, as well as through distributors and
resellers. Customers that use OTG's software
include AMR's American Airlines, Nabisco, and
the US Navy. Founder and chairman Richard
Kay owns 67% of the company.
