*E* Stocks...OTC:bb symbol changes
OTC:BB STOCK SYMBOL CHANGES & Profit from the fifth ticker E thread.
All Security Symbols appended with an "E" will be ineligible for quotation and subject to removal from the OTCBB in 30 calendar days if the NASD does not receive information indicating that the company is current in its public reporting obligations.
So what we are looking for are companies that now have the E added to the ticker that will or have filed but the SEC did not get to look at the report yet.
Also looking for companies that got the E and are talking about or have merged with a company that does file with the SEC.
Another plus are Pinksheet stocks that just filed with the SEC and will go back to the OTC:BB
Please back up your info with facts as much as possible.
We don't want to know about the stock a week after it's run up 300% of course. <g>
So lets find them cheap and ride them up!
