At least, this is what was overheard in the store in Portgage, WI today---apparently one of the Snap On executives was discussing the deal, and it was overheard by a customer..Kinda like the ole Tom Wolfe story huh? But we will see--supposedly it's happening MOnday--would make sense tho--stock at 4 1/2 low, EDITA of $250 million would support a LBO of 40--so F paying 42 in stock is rather cheap...just what the birdies said...

WOW!!!! SNA gonna get bought out according to this guy on Yahoo!!! What do you all think about that?
