proprietary RPA(TM) filtration system

is pleased to announce that PARANA EQUIPAMENTOS, one of the largest
Caterpillar dealers in South America and used Caterpillar equipment re-sellers
in the world, has ordered EARTH's proprietary RPA(TM) filtration system for
installation in its headquarters in Curitiba, Brazil and in its other branches
throughout Brazil.
After 3 months of test trials and evaluation of the RPA(TM) filtration
system, PARANA's Chairman, Mr. R. Borio concluded in correspondence with
EARTH:
``The operation is going on with excellent performance and good
results.'
This order by PARANA EQUIPAMENTOS is an endorsement of EARTH's technology
as a cost efficient and environmentally friendly solution in treating
petroleum byproducts.
