InfoCast Corporation, a development stage company, is an Application Service Provider (ASP) that is engaged in providing electronic content delivery and information management on multiple communication platforms to corporate information consumers. The Company's content will be delivered through a North American network of strategically placed information hubs (i-Hubs). These hubs will be implemented on Sun Microsystems servers and based on Sun Solaris, Netscape and Java related technologies, and will provide a high level of reliability, scalability and performance.
