i3 Mobile provides wireless personalized Internet content and consumer e-commerce services by creating interactive wireless portals that connect people with customized content and services via mobile phones, palmtops, pagers and other wireless devices. i3 Mobile filters content via text messaging, phone-based microbrowsers, the Internet and interactive voice platforms. Information that i3 Mobile makes accessable include stock quotes, news, weather, traffic, e-commerce, and e-mail.

MARKET PENETRATION:

i3 Mobile has agreements to provide wireless information services to over 15 wireless network operators that control 50% of the North American Market (43 million wireless phone subscribers). However, as of the end of 1999 i3 Mobile had approximately 450,000 users of its service compared to about 107,000 at the end of 1998.

FINANCIALS

At the end of 1999 net revenue was than $2 million (up 23% over 1998) with substancial losses that are expected to continue in the near future.
