Poore Brothers, Inc. is engaged in the production, marketing and distribution of salty snack food products that are sold primarily throughout the southwestern United States. The Company manufactures and sells brands of batch-cooked potato chips under the Poore Brothers and the Bob's Texas Style trademarks and manufactures private label potato chips for grocery store chains. The Company also distributes and merchandises Poore Brothers brand tortilla chips and dips, as well as Bob's Texas Style brand tortilla chips and puffs, all of which are manufactured by third parties. The Company's operations consist of two segments: manufactured snack food products and distributed snack food products. |
