I am considering opening an account with Tradecast. Their fee structure seems reasonable and the Elite software package appears to have the functionality I need as a daytrader. I am a bit hesitant about moving funds to them mainly because they are relatively new and I am concerned that there may be a few bugs in the trading algorithm which still need to be worked out. I would greatly appreciate input from people who have actively traded with them. In particular, how fast and consistent are confirmations of trade executions and cancellations handled (NASD and NYSE)? How about customer support (wait time, helfulness, and friendliness)? Is the data feed (esp. level 2) up to speed? Thanks in advance. |
